Our Story
Puente Bilingual Services was created to bridge the gap between complex systems and the people who need help navigating them.
Many families struggle with online forms, registrations, appointments, and digital processes, not because they lack intelligence, but because these systems were not designed with them in mind.
With a BBA from Texas A&M University – Central Texas and professional experience as an Enrollment Advisor at TAMUCT, I provide patient, bilingual guidance in person throughout the Austin metro area.
My role is simple: To be the trusted advisor, the organized guide, and the steady support when things feel overwhelming.
